Captains For Hire
- The charterer must pay the Captain directly at $50 per hour.
- Payment to the captain is made separately and is due upon onboarding.
- Accepted payment methods are e-payment or cash.
As per the regulations set by the US Coast Guard, bare-boat charter prices do not include the captain's rate (if captained), gratuity, or fuel cost within the charter payment.

Captains For Hire
As per the regulations set by the US Coast Guard, bareboat charters do not include the captain's rate (if captained), gratuity, or fuel cost within the charter payment. The payment for the captain's services must be arranged separately. The captain's fee is $50 per hour and should be settled directly with the captain by the charterer. You can conveniently make the payment to the captain onboard through e-payment or cash.

Refund & Cancellation
100% refund if canceled due to unsafe weather AND unable to reschedule. Any damage caused by the charter group will be deducted from the security deposit. Rain is not considered unsafe, if you choose to return due to rain you will not be refunded for lost time. Late shows will not be refunded for time but we will make every effort to give you your full trip length if possible. At no point during the charter can the boat be over max capacity, even when anchored. The deposit will NOT be refunded unless it is unsafe to go out, or if it will be raining nonstop, we will reschedule in the event of an emergency (if possible) so you do not lose your deposit, we want to keep you as client and make your yachting experience the best.
Rules
- Sunscreen should be applied beforehand or downwind on a swim deck.
- Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis but NOT on seats or lily pads.
- No grilling on the boat.
- Burners are NOT allowed.
- No smoking on the boat. (Vaping and dipping ARE allowed on the boat)
- No glass is allowed, aside from liquor, in a padded cooler or bag.
- You must be 21 years of age to consume products containing alchohol.
- Do NOT throw trash or any products in the water.
- No roughhousing on the lily pad.
- No diving from the boat.
- NO jumping off of furniture.
- Do NOT stand on the boat platform while the boat is moving.
- Platform access doors must always stay closed while the boat is in motion.
- Footballs and other objects cannot be thrown towards or onto the boat.
- Adults must accompany children at all times.
- Adults must accompany children at all times.
- Children 6 and under must wear a lifejacket while underway.
- Must know how to/be able to swim to get in and out of the water.
- Weapons are NOT allowed on the boat.
- Drugs are NOT allowed on the boat.
- By Regulations, the Captain cannot provide or sell food or drinks.
- Follow the Captain’s instructions at all times for your safety.
Health Warnings
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers or infants.
- Not wheelchair accessible.

Yes. You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund within 5 days of the scheduled rental.
You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations due to weather *per the Coastal Marine Warnings and Regulations* IF rental doesn't leave dock.
Normal rental hours start at 9 AM.
$500. If there is no damage to the boat, you will be refunded automatically once you return your rental.
No BUT we provide a cooler full of ice.
We do not offer refunds for boats that are returned earlier than the expected return time.
No shows on the reservation are charged for the reserved rental.

Yes, if it is there and ready to go. We only have 1 hour between morning and afternoon reservations so it may not be ready until your reservation time.
Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board our rental boats. Children under 12 are required by law to wear life jackets while under-way and we will provide the vest type jackets for them. We strongly recommend that all children and non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times when the boat is in motion.
Bluetooth Speaker
We recommend getting here 30 minutes prior to your boat rental reservation.
We do allow small-medium sized dogs on the boat if they have a life jacket. Dogs are NOT allowed on the upholstery or the Lilly pad. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
